By submitting an application, creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the collection, use, disclosure, and retention of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. 2. Membership Evaluation & Community Integrity
Ateam operates a private, curated membership community. You acknowledge and agree that Ateam may collect, use, review, and process information you provide, including your Instagram handle, profile content, communications, and other submitted information, in order to verify identity, evaluate eligibility for membership, assess community fit, maintain the integrity of the Service, enforce membership standards, and protect the safety and security of the community. Ateam retains sole and absolute discretion in determining eligibility for membership and continued access to the Service.
3. Information Provided by Other Users
We may receive information about you from other users of the Service, including reports, referrals, complaints, communications, screenshots, or other submissions. We may use such information to investigate conduct, enforce our Terms of Service, protect the safety of users, and maintain the integrity of the Service.
4. Information You Provide & Communications
In order to use the Service, you will be required to provide certain information, including your phone number and Instagram handle. By providing your Instagram handle, you authorize us to access publicly available information associated with your Instagram account, including your username, profile image, and publicly available profile content.
You acknowledge and agree that we collect, store, review, and process communications exchanged between users through the Service, including in-app messages, for purposes including operating, maintaining, improving, and ensuring the safety and integrity of the Service. By voluntarily providing Personal Information, you expressly consent to the collection, use, processing, and disclosure of such information as described in this Privacy Policy.
5. Health & Fitness Data
With your express permission, Ateam may collect health-related data from Apple HealthKit, including resting heart rate. Provision of such data is voluntary and not required to use the Service. HealthKit data is used solely to provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service and its features and is not used for advertising or data sale purposes.
6. Information Collected Automatically
Device & Usage Data
We automatically collect your IP address, device identifiers, device type, operating system, application version, access times, and usage patterns.
Location Information
Where permitted, we collect precise location information. We may also derive general location from technical data.
Persistent Identifiers
Certain device identifiers and associated technical information may persist even if you uninstall the application, where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or legitimate business purposes.
7. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service. Third-party service providers may also use such technologies in accordance with their own privacy policies. Ateam does not control third-party privacy practices and is not responsible for the privacy or security of information collected by third parties.

We may receive information from third-party platforms you connect, including Instagram. Such third-party services operate independently, and Ateam is not responsible for their privacy practices or data handling.

Following account deletion, we may retain certain information for a safety and fraud prevention retention period of up to twelve (12) months or longer where required or permitted by law. Residual copies of Personal Information may remain in backup systems, archives, or technical infrastructure for a period of time. We may retain anonymized information indefinitely.
12. Safety & Monitoring
You acknowledge and agree that Ateam may monitor, review, and analyze profiles, communications, and content for purposes of operating the Service, enforcing policies, protecting users, and maintaining community integrity. Ateam retains sole discretion to investigate conduct and take action, including account suspension or termination.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers.

We implement reasonable safeguards designed to protect Personal Information. However, no system can be guaranteed secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ateam disclaims liability arising from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse of Personal Information.

The Service is intended solely for individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
